This means that you will have invaluable experience with Strata Insurance.
We won't try to replace your agency, we work with you to help you obtain multiple quotes for your clients from all the insurers that you cannot or chose not to approach. This helps you to show them that you are acting in their best interest.
We also provide you with professional insurance advice for your customers to ensure that they receive advice on the placement of their insurance from a qualified and experienced broker and so this is also helping to protect your own PI insurance exposure when placed outside of your agency.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Say for example you are an agent for CHU and you would like alternatives for your Residential Strata Plan, we obtain quotes from as many other alternative insurers as possible and provide you with a summary of cover and comparative quotations. This allows you to select the best possible cover and premium combination for your customer. If that happens to be the quote you obtain as an agent under your agency, we are happy for you to place that policy through your agency.
For us it is all about ensuring that each Strata Plan and Owners Corporation receive the best possible advice and multiple quotes from a Strata Manager who is working in their best interest.

Do i have to place all of my strata clients through you?
No. We do not operate on an All or Nothing approach. We understand that some executive committees may have a family member or friend that is in insurance who they trust to look after their insurance, or maybe they have been a loyal direct customer for years. That's no problem. We are happy to work with our partners to service their customers that require re-marketing, advice, or a tailored product.
WILL I BE PAID FOR STRATA PLANS PLACED WITH YOU?
We understand that as the strata manager, you play a vital role in the insurance for an Owners Corporation, it is time consuming and we believe strata managers should be rewarded for helping their customers obtain the best possible cover and premium combination.
If you enter into a partnership with us as a referrer, we share our income with you as per our partnership agreement. If you place a policy through us for the first time and subsequently enter a partnership, we will retrospectively provide you with payment on those policies placed.
